Welcome to 24hrs Taxis Dartford. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.


1. Bookings

  • All bookings must be made via our official channels: website, phone, or email.

  • Passengers are responsible for providing accurate details, including pickup time, address, and contact number.

  • Pre-booked journeys are only confirmed once a booking reference is provided.


2. Fares and Payments

  • Prices quoted at the time of booking are fixed unless the journey details are altered.

  • Extra charges may apply for additional stops, waiting time, tolls, or unscheduled detours.

  • Payment can be made via cash, card, or online methods. All fares must be paid in full at the end of the journey unless pre-paid.


3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled pickup to avoid charges.

  • Late cancellations may be subject to a minimum fee.

  • No-shows without notice will be charged the full fare.


4. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Passengers must be ready at the agreed pickup time.

  • Seat belts must be worn at all times.

  • Smoking, alcohol consumption, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.

  • Any damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger will be charged accordingly.


5. Luggage

  • Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. 24hrs Taxis Dartford will not be held liable for any lost or damaged items.

  • Please inform us in advance if you have large or excess luggage.


6. Waiting Time

  • A standard grace period of 10 minutes is allowed. After that, waiting time charges may apply.

  • For airport pickups, waiting time is free for the first 30 minutes after landing. Charges apply thereafter.


7. Delays and Liability

  • While we strive for punctuality, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • We do not accept responsibility for missed flights, trains, or appointments due to delays beyond our control.


8. Wheelchair and Accessibility

  • Wheelchair-accessible vehicles must be requested at the time of booking.

  • We aim to make your journey as comfortable and inclusive as possible.


9. Changes to Terms

  • 24hrs Taxis Dartford reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. It is the customer’s responsibility to review them periodically.
